Sunoor Kaul is a Director of Origo Commodities and Origo Finance. Sunoor has extensive experience in the areas of Operations, Finance and Investment Banking across various countries. Sunoor drives the trade facilitation and supply chain initiatives at Origo. Prior to Origo, Sunoor held various positions across operations and finance at General Electric and Bank of America. Sunoor holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Mayank Dhanuka is a Director of Origo Commodities and Origo Finance. Mayank's expertise lies in the areas of finance and business development. At Origo, Mayank is responsible for the finance function and the Warehouse Management business. Prior to Origo, Mayank has performed various roles in Investment Banking and Private Equity in Asia and New York. Mayank holds a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.

Venkatram Reddy is a Whole Time Director and the CEO of Origo Finance. He is highly experienced in the areas of business development, operations, investment management and advisory services. Prior to Origo, Venkat was leading the investment and portfolio management for Caspian's multi-sector impact debt fund. During his tenure with Caspian, his responsibility included participation in Board and Management Committees of portfolio companies.

Venkat has nearly two decades of experience, including ICICI Bank where he was responsible for managing the Bank's micro credit assets (amounting to ~$100 mn). Prior to this, Venkat worked with BASIX where he was responsible for multiple businesses, including financial services for the farming community. Venkat has also worked with leading agri-input companies in India where he managed various networks including distributors, retailers and farmers. Venkat is a graduate in Agriculture Sciences from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University.

Venkiteswaran. M.R is a Banker with 34 years of experience, during which time he played important senior level roles in some of the largest Banks in India. He has a rich experience in Agricultural Finance, Microfinance, lending to Micro Enterprises and SMEs. He is well versed in handling several high impact projects of significant size, from planning to execution. He has around 7 years of experience in heading the major SBU of agriculture lending with consistent growth in topline and P&L.

Venkiteswaran.M.R has rich experience in building and nurturing several business lines of strategic importance like Farmer Finance, Tractor Finance, Agri Value Chain Funding, lending against Agri commodities, lending to Agri enterprises as well as wholesale and retail microfinance. In all these business lines, he has experience of developing strategy, products, processes, distribution architecture and delivery channels to ensure overall business excellence. He also has expertise in identifying key focus geographies, product & process innovations, credit risk & operational risk. He has rich experience in streamlining & improving existing systems/processes, innovating and envisioning new methodologies, identifying future trends and devising suitable strategies.

Ravi is a qualified cost accountant professional with experience of over 24 years in diverse areas including taxation & financial strategies, statutory & legal compliances and auditing, indirect & direct taxation, management control, financial risk management, costing & pricing strategies, profit centre operations, management accounting and project management spanning various industry verticals - Micro-finance, Non-Banking & Financial Services, FMCG, Life Insurance and Stock broking.

Prior to Origo finance, he has worked with Spandana Spoorthy Financial Ltd, Shriram Life insurance company Ltd and Karvy Stock broking limited.

Supriya is a Company Secretary with over 9 years of experience with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Company Secretarial work, Corporate Law, Management and Corporate Governance. She started her Company Secretary (CS) career at BASIX Social Enterprises Group where she was instrumental in Compliances, Secretarial and legal matters. Prior to BASIX, she has worked with ICICI Bank as a Banking officer.

Supriya is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holds Masters degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Certification on Corporate finance (M&A, Corporate Structure, Dividends, Foreign Investments and IPR) from Corporate Finance Institute.

Naga Malleswara Rao has over 25 years of experience in rural focused NBFCs and MFIs. He has worked across functions like Sales, Credit, Risk Management and Collections. Prior to joining Origo, NMR was associated with large financial institutions such as Vistaar Financial Services, Spandana Spoorthy and Fullerton India to name a few.

NMR has a Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Girish has 20+ years of experience in IT and Operations Strategy and Change Management. He joined us from HSBC where as Vice President he led their global finance systems and change operations in India. Girish has set up off-shore development centres for insurance software product development and CRM and BI strategy implementation in his prior assignments. He has consulted with Leading Global Banks and Financial Institutions including JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, ABN Amro, BNP Paribas and ICICI bank and delivered multiple e-Banking/ e-broking/ERP/CRM/BI/strategy and systems implementations.

At Origo, Girish is providing IT leadership for Origo Commodities as well as Origo Finance. Before joining Origo, Girish was associated with organizations such as HSBC, Software Solution Partners (SSP), Business and Decision, Mphasis BFL and TCS.

Girish has a PG Diploma in Management from IIM Kozhikode and B.Tech. from IIT Delhi.
