It has come to our notice that some individuals and/or companies and/or Firms/LLPs have been unauthorized attempting to associate themselves with various NBFCs (including Origo Finance Private Limited) and illegally representing themselves as partners/affiliates of such NBFCs to ride upon the goodwill and reputation of such NBFCs. We have learnt that a majority of such individuals and/or companies and/or Firms/LLPs are engaged in operating website and/or mobile application-based platforms whereat they are offering services in the nature of offering online/digital lending. We have reasonable evidence to believe that such individuals/companies and/or Firms/LLPs are engaging in such activities with the primary objective of cheating the members of the public and illegally obtaining monetary benefit from them. We hereby notify that Origo Finance Private Limited and its affiliate companies have no association with any of these individuals or companies or Firms/LLPs and that services provided by them on online platforms are fraudulent in nature (to the extent that they unauthorizedly purport to be partnered/authorized by a regulated financial lending entity). Origo Finance Private Limited disclaims all responsibilities in regard to the unauthorized and illegal business activities of such individuals or companies or firms/LLPs.

Origo Finance Private Limited is a regulated entity (possessing an NBFC license) and is engaged in offering MSME loans by using Origo Finance sales App and Origo Finance employee App is hereby expressly informed that we do not have any other digital partners. The e-mails originating from Origo Finance Private Limited will always be sent from the domain name origofin.com. Please ignore the e-mails which purports to be originating from Origo Finance Private Limited, but has been sent from a domain name other than origofin.com.

You hereby accept that Origo Finance Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any monetary loss, loss of property or damage in any manner whatever caused by participating, borrowing or in any manner engaging with these illegal platforms. Please note that any person dealing/engaging and/or availing the services of such platforms (which seems to be operating a fraudulent business/mobile application/web application) will be doing so solely at his/her own risk and responsibility. Origo Finance Private Limited will not be responsible for any loss suffered or for any mental agony of any user who chooses to avail the services of such fraudulent platform(s).
